8 week Mindfully Evolve Program 

This program is an introduction to mindfulness and how that can enhance your child’s life. 

Your child will learn:

  • Breathing techniques
  • Meditation practices 
  • Art Therapy
  • Mindful eating 
  • Emotional regulation

 

K-12 Mindfully Evolve School Curriculum:

Our curriculum, is adaptable for classrooms, after-school programs, and one on one clinical settings.

We also have educational workshops for teachers so they can implement mindful techniques in their class rooms.

Programs include but are not limited to:
  •      Breathing techniques

  •      Embodiment/ Yoga exercises
  •      Mindful eating exercises

  •      Circle time for listening and sharing
  •      Role playing for emotional regulation
