Jennifer, is a Holistic health practitioner and a Certified Mindfulness Teacher, with a background in psychology. She has over 10 years of experience working with children. Prior to joining Mindfully Evolve, Jennifer practiced educational therapy. After observing numerous medicated and struggling children, she knew there was a more impactful way to help our children and teens thrive by utilizing practices which have changed and shaped her own life.
CassieCassie has a background in psychology and close to 10 years of experience working with children. She is currently getting her masters in Recreational Therapy and has found the importance of mindfulness as it pertains to aiding children in creating social, cognitive, and coping skills necessary to excel.
Courtney Day joined our team because she loved what we were doing and wanted to be a part of bringing MINDFULLY EVOLVE into the classroom. She is a health and wellness teacher for the Encinitas school district and fitness instructor.
